Known as a “healthy” competition, Run for Education has something for serious runners, walkers and Blount County Schools. This 5k run and 1-mile fun walk held each fall directly benefits the schools.

Schools compete for cash prizes by having the most participants. The schools receive $8 from every $10 entry fee. Participants can designate individual schools and classrooms as benefactors for their entry fee.

This family-friendly event focuses on the benefits of health and wellness while giving our students a competitive edge!
